i really want to lose some weight

im 5'6 and im like 117ish pounds. i really want to lose some weight but everytime i try i just end up eating more. does anyone have like a specific meal diet plan to follow that i dont have to pay for?

you oun perfect weight..but if you feel you want..then jus eat hea;thy n excerise!..back in the day...i was muhc smaller in hight and weighed wah you doo now...i looked like a living plum!..but i used weightwacthers...or jus mke ur own diet i did...it consit of two meals...and i healthy snck...soo..n ecersie..used 2 jog 5.00am in the morning and 3.00pm...and then 9.00pm..also tke measurments of you thigh n stomach etc..soo in a wekks time you cna visbly see the improvmemnt!..please let me know if i helped or ven if i ddint!..x

If you calculate your BMI (body mass index), you are actually right on target for your height and age. Loosing more than one or two pounds could be unhealthy. I know that you may feel uncomfortable, but you really don't need to loose any weight at all.

You do NOT NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT!!! You sound skinny to me! I am 3 inches shorter than you and weigh about 4 pounds less, I would say you are at a pretty good weight! But if you really do think you need to eat healthy food don't eat alot of snacks work out for atleast 30 minutes everyday and leave yourself a little hungry at teh end of every meal and ignore the hunger, if you are extreamly hungry drink a glass of water.

Eat 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Run for 40 minutes 3 times a week. If you want to eat alot, buy nothing but uncanned vegetables, and eat those whenever you want.
