The new Halloween movie that came out!! Hello everyone. I was just wondering if any of you have seen the new Halloween movie by Rob Zombie that just came out. If you have, I'd like to know whether you thought it was stupid or not. I'd like to see what the majority of people say, so I know if I should go or not. I may go and see it tonight if I hear that it's good. Someone please let me know asap!! Thank you very much to anyone who answers. Sorry it's such a stupid question. <3 KiM

2 of my guy friends (if that changes anything?) saw it, and they both liked it. They both agreed that it was really good and one said he'd go see it again. My other friend just said it was really good, so it must've been decent because he's hard to please when it comes to movies. =]

I didn't like it that much. I think the old one is better. The new one is not even scary. ]

I'll just paste it here for you to see:
Halloween (2007)
2/5 stars
Synopsis:
Rob Zombie’s take on John Carpenter’s classic tale of Michael Myers.
-Uhhh…
-It wasn’t very good
-There was plenty of gore, but surprisingly, a lot of it wasn’t shown explicitly; most of it is gross not visually but in terms of sound effects (squishiness for stabbings, etc.)
-The dialogue and acting were pretty bad
-Also, it just wasn’t scary.
IN A NUTSHELL:
I thought at least it'd be scarier

Oh noes! I totally was hoping it was going to be really scary. Dag nabbit!

The only thing I disliked was how completely indestructible Michael was. He was shot four times and stabbed, yet still moved on as if he hadn’t been touched at all.

Aw, but that’s classic Halloween right there! If anything, I’m surprised he didn’t last longer.
But those are just opinions. You should watch the movie anyway and form your own opinion on it. Have fun! ]
