I want to lose weight, strengthen myself, and increase my flexibility so I thought I'd start yoga soon. Does it help me lose weight, though? Anyways, would this be a good thing?
xomegaroni answered Sunday September 2 2007, 1:32 pm: Yes, definately. Yoga is a great starting point. It will increase your flexibility & give you the exercise you need to burn off calories. It's also very relaxing. It wouldn't be a bad idea to jog a few times a week though also.
