I have it all the time! well i used to.. But i found out that from all that hair stuck in my brush and all that oil from my hair is gettinginto my hair that when i straighten it it makes it look and feel gross. Make sure you clean out your brush, it might be that. But with making your hair softer and not smell burnt then go to where ever you get your hair products and there are special bottles just for straightening hair. Theres so many and i dont know what type of hair you have so i wouldnt know which one would be best for you. Just look and see which ones would be best for you.

I hope i helped!

Your hair might just be like that cause you straighten alot, cause that`s what happened to me. I just gave up on all those products that supposedly 'repair damage' cause none of them worked, and I just let it grow out.

My advice to you it to just let it grow out & take VERY good care of it once you see it starting to grow out. I mean deep conditioning it, not straightening it, etc.
For now, try not to straighten it as much, get it trimmed at least half an inch or an inch/two inches every month. Deep condition it twice a week with a good quality conditioner. Try not to blow dry it. If your hair is curly & you don`t know what to do with it, scrunch it. If it`s straight, just put it up or do the low pigtails or braid it. Do you color/highlight it? If you do, I`d probably stop till it grows out, cause that damages it alot. If you really wanna straighten it & you`re just worried about the smell though, try this stuff called BioSilk & try a better straightener like the CHI. It works really good & everyone I talk to reccomends it & it`s what I have & what they use at all the hair places.

Good luck! =]

yeah i think you should change your shampoo and conditioner. Look for something that 'straightens and smoothes'. There's purple sunsilk that works if you want. Then you can use a blowdrying//straightening gel or mist. IT'll help. if that doesn't work talk to your hairdresser. Maybe she'll have a secret. You can also look for home remedies or recipes for softer hair!

I sometimes get this and i just ask my mom to go to my hairdreesers and ask if they have anything good for.. (what ever the problem is) and sometimes i go into a good make-up/cosmetics shop and i go to the hair section and search through all of teh famous people's things and see if they have a heat protection spay. You spray this on your hair before you starighten it and wait for it to dry. After you can straighten it and it should be a little bit better. I can't remeber the name of this spray that i saw because my mom didn't want me to get it because it was a bit expensive.
Good Luck With Your Search! Inbox me if you have any questions or want a little bit more of a help with looking.
