I don't suppose you and dad are comfortable talking about any old subject even this. But it might be interesting to find out if his is the same unless you already know.
When a person reaches puberty is different, some start at 10 these days others at 15 and maybe even 18. Starting later does not affect the end result. You will get what is genetically normal for your family line. Here is a terrific report from a doctor to teen boys worried about their size.

As a female I can tell you that womens vagina's vary in length. Only a very few can take penis 7 inches and longer. A man with a shorter than average penis (average being 5-6 inches) can still pleasure a woman. When you are finally ready for sex, make sure you study all about how to give a females a g-spot orgasm. Theres lots of information on line about that. It is the ultimate of pleasuring a female and since her g-spot is no further in than the 2nd knuckle of your fingers if you were fingering her correctly to produce such an orgasm, that mean the tip of a 2-4 inch penis can easily hit the spot too.
So just in case you do fall into the catagory of ending up a grown man with a shorter than average, that's not what determines a great lover, remember that.

Nothing is wrong. If your penis done growing than your simply done growing. you could take vitamins for your penis to get larger to the size you think is right for you. You body has a certain time where your penis and your whole body is stopped growing and that's something you can't worry about because its perfectly normal. :)

As long as you are going through puberty your body will continue to undergo changes. Just when and what changes will take place is something that I can't answer. This may be a discussion you want to have with your doctor who is better qualified to answer.

Below is an answer I wrote some time ago for someone else with a similar question. It may not answer your question though it may put you mind at ease over the size of your penis.

According to the latest Ansel Research Survey; the average male penis when erect is between 5.1 & 5.9 inches long.

Keep in mind that this is the average, the middle between the largest and the smallest, above the micro-penis (below 2 inches in length). The survey states that size varies based on age, time of day, level of excitement and ambient temperature.

What you are born with is what you have. There is no way to enhance, or enlarge a penis even with surgery. Penile surgery is usually done to assist those with erectile dysfunction when there is no other medical solution that will help.

Average Vagina Size

Relaxed
Length 3 1/2 to 4 inches
Diameter 1 Inch

Aroused
Length ("tented) 5 to 6 inches
Diameter 1 1/2 to 2 inches

As you can see by the size chart of the average female vagina. Any penis over 6 inches in length and 2 inches in girth is larger than the average vagina can easily accommodate. A larger penis will cause a woman with an average sized vagina pain during intercourse, especially if the male is not a thoughtful and considerate lover.

The rate at which your penis grows depends on what point you are in your development. In stage 3 your penis will grow more quickly in length, but in stage 4 it will increase in circumference. Most of the fast growth occurs about the same time your body speeds up its growth.

Stage 1: This is the stage you were in as a child, before puberty started. No external changes are noticeable in the genitals and there is no secondary sex characteristics, such as hair growth. (Testicle volume is 1 to 3 milliliters.)

Stage 2: This is when puberty generally is said to start, even though the hormones causing sexual changes have been rising for almost a year. The testicles and the scrotum begin to enlarge. (Testicle volume is 4 to 6 milliliters.) Toward the end of this stage some hair growth may be detected near the base of the penis. Stage 2 normally begins somewhere between age 9 and 16. The average age is between 11 and 12.

Stage 3: The penis begins to lengthen. The testicles and scrotum continue to grow. (Testicle volume is 7 to 16 milliliters.) Pubic hair, the hair around your genitals begins to grow. It starts out fine, but by the end of this stage it takes on a coarser texture. It is during this stage that most boys experience their growth spurt. Leg and arm hair begins to appear. The voice also begins to change toward the end of this stage. Stage 3 normally begins two years after stage 2. The average age is between 13 and 14.

Stage 4: In addition to lengthening, the penis begins to widen in circumference. The testicles and scrotum continue to grow. (Testicle volume is 12 to 24 milliliters.) Pubic hair now covers most of the groin area between the thighs. Underarm hair begins to grow at the beginning of this stage. Mid-way, facial hair begins to develop on the upper lip and on the chin. The voice continues to deepen and growth begins to slow down. Stage 4 normally begins one to two years after stage 3. The average age is between 14 and 15.

Stage 5: While all growth has not stopped, the body has taken on an adult shape. The shoulders begin to widen and chest hair begins to appear. Facial hair is more complete and shaving is deemed necessary. The pubic hair covers the groin and has spread to the inside thighs. The penis and testicles now have an adult shape and stop growing (Testicle volume is 16 to 27 milliliters.) Stage 5 normally begins two years after stage 4. The average age is between 16 and 17.
