usually at stores where they sell rings they have a whole thing that holds all sizes on a key chain and you try each one out on whatever finger until you find the right size

I'm not sure where you're from, but if you live near a WalMart, the jewelery section there can measure it for you for free, as will the jewelery section in most any store. There are ways to measure it at home, but I've found that actual ring sizers are much more accurate. :)

Go to your local jewellers and ask them.
They will measure your finger and tell you.
