5'5 and 130 was exactly my weight and height last month (i've lost 8 pounds) I was a medium in shirts, and a size 5 in pants. BUT, it all depends on your body shape and your boob size (mine are a B) so your shirt size might not be the same. hope i helped.

not knowing your body type or anything, it's hard to say. i would advise you to take a measuring tape, and measure your bust (under your boobs), then your waist (the tiniest part), and then around your hips. then, you can go on the website of a clothing store, like oldnavy.com, and they have a size chart based on your measurements. it's really hard to say what size you are by weight because you can have five different girls who weigh the same and are the same height, but that weight might be in fat or in muscle, or centered around the chest and butt or centered around the waist. also, you can learn what your body type is by taking measurements. if you're bigger in the hips, you're a triangle (or pear), if you're bigger up top, you're an inverted triangle (or apple), and if your bust and hips are about equal and you go in at the waist, that's an hourglass. or if you are the same all the way down, that's a rectangle. this is handy because if you know what clothes flatter your figure, you will look awesome! like, i am an hourglass, so some kinds of shirts, pants, and skirts look terrible on me so i just buy certain kinds. anyway, that was a really long useless explanation, but i hope you got my drift :)

Its hard to say, because it really depends on your body type and how much of the weight is muscle. I'd say that 5'5 150 lbs would probably be a large for a shirt size, but its hard to say what size of pants you are, and 5'5 130 is probably a medium. But your best bet is just to go into a store and try different pants and shirt sizes until you find your general size. Its also difficult because sizes vary from store to store. But if you're on a diet plan, you might want to buy clothes that fit a little tight to encourage you to lose weight.

Just wondering for personal reasons, what is your diet plan?
