Well im 15 f and i weigh 52 kg at night and in the morning im like 50kg and i want to lose wight i want to lose 2 kilos and i want a flat stomach and thinner thighs and i want to go on pills or patches can someone please tell me how old you have to be to go on
You're a woman and therefore have a woman's body type - a convex stomach and thighs that are, well, THERE. You are not supposed to have a flat stomach, and you'd be extremely thin, possibly even emaciated, if you did.
Pills often don't work, and when they do, can lead to serious health problems, particularly since you're not overweight in the first place. Generally you have to be at least eighteen years old to buy them.
Instead of resorting to unhealthy methods to lose weight, try working on your self-image and self-esteem so you can be happy with your body the way it is. [ Kiota's advice column | Ask Kiota A Question ]

The most accurate time to weigh yourself is in the morning right after you wake up. And about weighing yourself, weigh yourself ONCE a week. And remember that f you build muscles, muscles weigh more than fat. So a tape measurer is much better.
As for the pills or patches, it's just going to screw up your body. And you're going to depend on them for the rest of your life and they don't come cheap. Pills speed up your body's natural metabolism and it will eventually have your body accustomed to the pill's effect, thus having the end result of pills = nothing but a waste of money.
Best way to lose weight is to exercise and eat healthy. And not in a short diet term. As a lifestyle.
