Assuming you're at least five feet tall, you should NOT lose weight. 50kg is quite slim, and could even be dangerous, depending on how tall you are. No doctor in his or her right mind would perscribe you pills to lose weight.

You're a woman and therefore have a woman's body type - a convex stomach and thighs that are, well, THERE. You are not supposed to have a flat stomach, and you'd be extremely thin, possibly even emaciated, if you did.

Pills often don't work, and when they do, can lead to serious health problems, particularly since you're not overweight in the first place. Generally you have to be at least eighteen years old to buy them.

Instead of resorting to unhealthy methods to lose weight, try working on your self-image and self-esteem so you can be happy with your body the way it is.

Well, the difference between weight comes from the food you consumed throughout the day. The most accurate time to weigh yourself is in the morning right after you wake up. And about weighing yourself, weigh yourself ONCE a week. And remember that f you build muscles, muscles weigh more than fat. So a tape measurer is much better.

As for the pills or patches, it's just going to screw up your body. And you're going to depend on them for the rest of your life and they don't come cheap. Pills speed up your body's natural metabolism and it will eventually have your body accustomed to the pill's effect, thus having the end result of pills = nothing but a waste of money.

Best way to lose weight is to exercise and eat healthy. And not in a short diet term. As a lifestyle.
