If you go to abc.com, you can watch some of the episodes from the previous seasons. Since they are in re-runs right now, you can watch whatever it is they've shown on tv during the past few weeks.

You are asking the right person! Season 4 starts on September 30th. It's on ABC on Sundays @ 9/8 central. I don't think you can watch their old seasons online. But they are available to rent/buy. Season 3 doesn't come out on DVD until the second week of September.
