baad razor burn Everytime I shave "down there", I get bad itchy razor burn. Even when I use a ton of shaving cream! Sometimes I'll shave and everything's okay for the first half hour, then the razor burn appears. I don't want my boyfriend to be grossed out! What's a good way to prevent razor burn? Or a fast way to make it go away faster?

well it really helps to use a lot of shaving cream when you shave. afterwards its always good to use lotion and that should help a lot. but everytime i shave i use something called spa blue over the bump. you can get it at bath and body works or some store like that. you put it on after you shave and it prevents razor burn and works really well! hope this helps! ]
Yeah, razor burn "down there" looks like some weird sort of STD and can be a little awkward when you just want it to be..smooth. Exfoliating before you shave loosens up the follicles and prevents ingrown hairs which are really nasty-looking. And shave downward..a lot of girls make the mistake of shaving the same way they shave their legs. I usually use Veet mousse for like 2 minutes before I shave because it loosens up the follicles, and then makes shaving much easier and quicker. ]
Well, i don't know your usual routine...but i will state one anyway...
Make sure you are using real warm, or relatively hot water and let it run on you for a good amount of time while you are in the shower before you shave. the longer you wait, the better. then, make sure you use a good shaving cream. one with a built in moisturizer is best. then proceed to shave with a razor that has a lotion strip on it. that works very well. also, afterwards, put a cream or lotion that is safe to use down there. i hope this helps.
