WELCOME TO WOMENHOOD!

i hate it too, dont worry. -.-

just kidding. well. not really.

but not feeling 100% is totally normal, its actually a rare occurance that i feel 100% a week before im due. The vaginal discharge is simply a way for your body to prepare itself for the period (just clearing out some extra things.)
hope that helps!

This is totally normal.
If it does start to interfere with normal life, like getting a lot of pain or seriously moody (not just a little moody that you can get past easily), talk to your doctor. That could be pmdd, which is a severe form of pms.
Otherwise, take some midol (good stuff, helps bring you closer to normal), get some rest when you need it, be active when you feel you can, and drink plenty of water. Yes, drinking water will help. It seems counter-productive when bloating, but it will actually help relieve it. And have some dark chocolate. There have been studies showing it can boost moods and help with pms. (of course, there are studies that show anything you want them to show, but who can argue with a study that says chocolate is good for you?)
If at any time you feel like something is really wrong, it can't hurt to see a doctor.

It's normal to feel crappy a little before and after your period and so is the clear discharge. Don't worry.
