Lately I've been getting nauseas every morning when I wake up, and then later a headache follows. Is there anything I should see the doctor about?

That sounds a lot like how I feel when I am getting migraines. It also happens when I am extra stressed. If it continues, or gets really bothersome, see your doctor.

If it continues on for a couple of days i would go to the doctor just to make sure that it is not anything serious.
