why
i have a Lhasa apso and her name is Lucy and she's about a year old and for some reason she doesn't wag her tail...i need to know why this is pissing me off

Normally if a dog doesnt wag their tail that means they are scared or unhappy or tired. But that doesnt mean that they're also not happy. I hope this information helps. This kind of dog doesnt like to be around rough children...this makes them unhappy. They like to be able to run around outdoors so walking them will make them healthier and happier. They are really stubborn and also very suspicious of strangers so if you have new friends over often they may not like that. They dont like being alone. Try giving him treats or a bone to make him excited. Or it could be your dogs really stubborn and doesnt like to wag her tail...Either way...I don't think you should be peeved about it.
