Can I get arm muscles from playing the piano a lot?

and uhm do I win the award for most stupid question?

youll get forearm muscles, but barely
if you want to get more muscular arms, than go hit up the gym or lift weights

and noooo there have been mucchhhh more stupider questions =]

haha, i disagree...

1.) yes
2.) no

you won't get biceps or anything, but if you play for a while you will feel this weird muscle in your arms start to hurt. and you can build up that muscle. but if you want to look like a football player you should probably stick with the gym :) haha. but the arm muscle i'm talking about isn't really that prominent, otherwise my arms would be really weird looking because i play piano a lot.
