babyxo answered Saturday August 11 2007, 12:20 am: im sorry your in pain.
this happened to me and it was soo bad pain. all i wanted to do was sleep so i woudlnt feel anything but couldnt bc i was in too much pain.
i ended up going on birth control for it. never got cramps again. this may not be the way for u. im also on another medicine that i take during my period for extra protection against the horrible cramps.
you might need to go to a gynocologist. no one likes hearing that! but the pain really is unbearable and your gyno is the only one who could prescribe u a good medication and help u get rid of the cramps.
LM answered Saturday August 11 2007, 12:19 am: Yeah, it's normal. Invest in the value-size of Midol, get a heating pad, eat some chocolate, and find a position [probably laying down] that's comfortable. Bananas help sometimes, don't know why. And stay hydrated!
If they're completely unbearable, consider asking your doctor about birth control; it eases cramps for many people so it could be a consideration.
