Is sex really as enjoyable as people say it is? Could it still be enjoyable if the girl cannot receive an orgasm from penetration? For a girl's first time, does it hurt really bad? Is there anything to lessen the pain or make it slightly comfortable? Does the girl bleed once her hymen is broken? Should there be a towel right under the girl? If the guy stretches you out by using 2-3 fingers, would it have any effect on how much pain there will be?

basically, every girl is different. some girls feel pain, other don't. my personal experience: i was stretched out my first time, but it really didn't make a difference. it hurt for me, pretty bad. sex wasn't enjoyable for me until like, the 3rd time i had it. and sex can still be enjoyable for a girl, even if she cannot recieve an orgasm through penetration, though for me, i can't orgasm through masturbation. tell your partner what you like, don't be afraid to talk about sex, and remember the clit is an amazing thing.

It can be enjoyable as everyone has said it is. Most women do not have an orgasm from penetration alone. Most have orgasms from clitoral stimulation but still find pleasure from sex.
A girl's first time can be uncomfortable with minor bleeding (hymen or otherwise). You won't need a towel. Each girl's experience is different from the other so it's best to survey friends. I'm not sure if the guy's fingers would have any effect.
What will though is having lots of foreplay, lubrication before penetration to ease it in and not cause friction. If you don't produce enough natural artifical water-based lubricants are your best bet. This will reduce discomfort.

and yah its okay if the girl doesn't orgasm the first time or at all, some girls just simply cant orgasm, and its depending on the girl if it hurts bad, some girls say it hurts really bad and for others it doesnt hurt at all, just feels good and theres nothing you can really do to lesson the pain except have the guy know its your first time and have him go gently. And usually yes the girl does bleed when the hymen is broken but if you dont then it probably means you already broken it, from either tampons or just playing sports can make your hymen brake. some people like putting the towel under them just in case they do bleed there first time. and even if a guy does finger you with 2-3 fingers doesnt mean it wont hurt more or less, it depends on the guys penis size.
