tampons?

i'm leaving for vacation in a couple hours, so anyone who can answer, i'd really appreciate it.
but, i just got my period today and we're going to the beach so.. i was just wondering.. whenever i put a tampon in, it feels like it's going to fall out. is it even possible for it to fall out?

A dry tampon won't fall out. If it one that has absorbed everything to its limit then yes it can start to slip out. Try getting the next size tampons, change them frequently if you are very heavy. If you feel like its slipping out, squeeze your butt muscles (it'll help keep the tampon in place) and run to the nearest bathroom.

It could be it has to do with the size of the tampon. Make sure you use the correct tampon based on your absorbancy. There is Super,Regular, & Lite. If your blood flow is heavy use tampons that is SUPER. If it is regular, use regular. But other than that, your tampon shouldn't fall out if you did put it in correctly. Make sure you put it in correctly, that maybe the problem. Hope I helped :)

Maybe you need a bigger tampon?
I don't think it would normally fall out, unless you have a heavy flow.
But in the water of the beach, it may.
