Luvsingin201 answered Wednesday August 8 2007, 2:59 pm: yea, i see what you mean, masterbation is lust, and not love. So its something that will go on unless you can control your hormones (most can't)
I suggest trying to clear the hand by distracting it off, when you feel the intensity, listen to music, or read something that wanders your mind off of it. It's difficult, I know. If it doesn't work. Try to dream about it, by thinking of it before you fall asleep. sex in dreams, happen to satisfy your body when it's in need of that sexual feeling. Hope this'll work out for you.
2tammy2 answered Wednesday August 8 2007, 2:07 pm: it's normal to want to masturbate with all our hormones our bodies want it really, really bad.
that however dosen't make it right, my mom has a really good saying if doing it(any sexual anything) dosen't produce a baby then it's not what God intended making it wrong.
whenever you feel the temptation pray to God if you don't know God then read this: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and whenever you feel the temptation coming on then get really busy doing something to get your mind off masturbating, it's normal to fall short a few times and masterbate again, but that dosent make it right it's just no one is perfect [ 2tammy2's advice column | Ask 2tammy2 A Question ]

when school starts, try joining some clubs, make new friends, and then hang out with them.

masturbation is not a bad thing. you shouldn't be embarassed if you masturbate. many males & females masturbate. it's healthy.
if you are still convinced that you want to stop masturbating, clear your history [tools - clear private data for mozilla firefox] to avoid going back to websites. keep your whatever sex toys you use away from you, don't watch stuff that gets you aroused.
find a hobby & stick to it. if you feel yourself getting aroused, ignore it - although i do not recommend this. i am just answering your question.
if you keep your internet history clear of - whatever you look at / read - you will feel cleaner inside & feel inspired to keep it that way. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
