Ok..my cousin's cousin. How is that person related to me, 2nd cousin? Or not even related at all?

It's not your cousin twice removed. That would have something to do with divorce. I'm not really sure.
Your cousin's cousin isn't related to you at all. Only through marriage. Your second cousin would be your parent's cousin, then their kids would be your third. :)
