They have and will ship movie posters anywhere.
If it's a theatrical poster you desire and you live in NYC (double check first) they should be selling merchandise from the Broadway show at the venue:
Neil Simon Theatre

If the show is touring and stops in your city they always have a merchandise table.
As for a DVD all that is available right now is the 1988 John Waters version and you can pick that up at Amazon. The 2007 film will likely be on DVD by Christmas but not before. Sure, it can be had in illegal and often poor quality DVDs or online but it won't be worth having even tried the search.

I know for sure they sell the movie posters at movie theatres. And I've seen them at FYE in the mall where I live. As for the DVD, whenever it comes out, I'm sure it'll be everywhere :]
