hey my parents wants to meet you so dress real good so they can be impressed

Just tell her that you want your parents to like her and they have high standards so she should dress nicely. Or just flat out tell her. Haha. I wouldn't care. Plus girls are already gonna be nervous to meet someone's parents so I'm hoping she'll dress nicely without you having to mention it =)_

Honestly, I don't think you need to say anything at all because most girls would be nervous to meet their boyfriend's parents, and would plan on looking really nice anyway.
But if you really think you have to mention it, I would tell her that your parents are really critical, or something like that. But make sure you tell her that YOU don't care how she dresses, because you like her no matter what :]

Just tell her it is a formal occasion. Tell her what you are going to wear, and she should wear something nice- she will understand.

Just flat out tell her, "Please dress nice- because my parents will be super impressed if you do! Don't worry- I'll dress nice too!" Something like that. If you don't tell her something straight up- she won't know. She can't read minds, you know =D. Besides- she probably already assumes to dress nice- as most girls do anyway =D.
