16/f, I want to sing more than anything.
I'm not too good at it but.
Please don't just tell me I need to spend all this money to go to a place where they can teach me singing. I just want to be able to do it and I don't want my parents to know its kinda embarrassing.
Is there only certain people who can sing or can you train yourself? I can't read music either. Or is it possible that certain people can only sing certain songs?
Maybe I'm just not trying the right songs?
Thanks so much to everyone who can help me
_marcialynn answered Monday August 6 2007, 1:38 pm: If you're at least somewhat good at singing, you can train yourself to sing bettter. To fine-tune things and everything. I'm the same way. When I was 11, everyone kept telling me I was a great singer, but I knew that I needed help, but my parents didn't want to spend a million dollars taking me to a professional. So, the choir director at my church helped me. If you go to church, you could do that, or maybe even the choir director at your school could help you.
Also, I think it's true that some people can only sing certain songs. It depends on how high or low your voice naturally is. Well, I hope that helped :] [ _marcialynn's advice column | Ask _marcialynn A Question ]
