Guinea Pig

I just got a guinea pig and Ive never seen it close its eyes are they supposed to? If not is their something wrong with her?

Nothing is wrong with your guinea pig. Guinea pigs actually blink both eyes separately. The only time they should close their eyes is when they are sleeping.

I have a guinea pig and she only closes her eyes when she's sleeping. They don't blink. I don't think there's anything wrong with your guinea pig. =]

my friend has a guinie pig and they dont really close their eyes so she should be fine =]
