how do you lose weight FPREVER? like if you lose a lot of weight and your happy with it then how o you maintain that copz it USUALLY goes back rifht? then youll feel pissed off and give up on your body how do i make that not happen? like if you drop 10 pounds how do yuou keep that and not gain it back
You need to eat the amount of your BMR. If you want to lose, you eat less. If you want to gain, you eat more. Look at "Lose Weight" topic in my forum up there.

Once you've lost the weight, just know that you can't start eating a lot of crap again, or become lazy and not exercise. A lot of people think that a 2 month diet is just the solution to being skinny, and after that you'll be skinny forever, but that's not true. It's just the beginning of a healthier lifestyle. As long as you never stop being active and don't pig out, you will be fine. One tip though is to continue to weigh yourself and check yourself out in the mirror even after you are at your goal weight. That way you know as soon as you start puttin the pounds back on, and you can tweak your habbits a little. [ peebles7's advice column | Ask peebles7 A Question ]

That's why something like Weight Watchers is a good idea- you need to change the way you eat forever. It takes a lot of willpower. [ xokristabelle's advice column | Ask xokristabelle A Question ]
