She is most likely jealous of you. If someone is acting that way around her friend's bf, that shows a lot of immaturity and he won't find that attractive, so don't worry about it. Some people flirt without even noticing. If this is the case, just give your friend a nudge or some kind of sign so the person know to back off. They should understand that you feel uncomfortable when they flirt with your boyfriend.
However, your friend might have a crush on your boyfriend. If this is happening, don't be mad at anyone. No one can be held responsible for how they feel towards another... these things just sort of occur uncontrollably. Just remind your friend that the boy is your boyfriend and you don't care if she likes him just as long as she respects your boundaries and doesn't do anything to try to break you and your boyfriend up. Talking about things will help as long as you remain even and calm and not let your temper flare.

i find it's easist to call people out on things when you do it in an 'oh im just kidding around manner'.
'oh, if i didn't know better i'd think you're flirting with jack, ha ha'
solidadvice4teens answered Thursday August 2 2007, 9:25 pm: He needs to talk to her and tell her that she needs to cut out the mushy behavior and flirting because he's not interested and is taken. If that doesn't do it both of you need to tell her that together.
