She only weighs 97lbs and she's 5in. 5ft. obviously that's not healthy. But she claims not to be anorexic. She says she doesn't eat when she's stressed out and she's alwasys stressed out. What should i do?

Then get her help. Talk to her about it and let her know you plan to tell someone if she doesn't stop. Chances are she will not stop due to the fact it is a mental illness. Tell her parents, your parents, a guidance consuler at school, or another adult you trust. They will help her find help. ]
Get your friend help. You recognize her problem, and she doesn't. So in order for her to see what's going on with herself, you need to sit down & talk with her. If you've tried that & it hasn't worked, talk to her parents. Tell them your concerns & possibly work with them to get her the help she needs.
I hope your friend opens her eyes to see what she's doing to herself. I wish you both the best of luck! ]
Having an eating disorder myself, I would suggest you talking to her about it. Don't confront her saying she has a disorder. Anorexia is a mental issue just as much as a physical issue. Just because she weighs 97 lbs, does not mean she has Anorexia per se. I would ask her & explain how you concerned you are. You might even want to talk to her family/friends, just letting them know you're worried. Don't force it upon her though. People who have eating disorders can most likely deal with their own issues themselves or need to be seen by a doctor. Keep an eye on her eating habits & go to someone close to her if you are still worried. She really needs a friend right now.
-hope that helped!♥ ]
