What actually happens when you're hungry?? What does your body do?? I heard from an article that your fat is stored up, but I also heard from a different article that your body burns off fat?? Any opinions? Thanks!
After a while your body will consume this stored fat for energy, after that fat has been used your body will no longer have fat to run off of for energy and will proceed to eating up other things like your muscles and so on until, of course, you can't go on anymore. Your body will start storing the fat that you have, and then it will burn that for energy. So it does both.
It needs to do this because, your body needs energy and if you aren't eating, then the fat is the only thing your body can get the energy from.
