I am assuming you wish to use a virus to disable someones email account or wipe out their emails? If so then it is a dead end quest. To destroy emails that are stored on the internet (therefore on a server such as hotmail, yahoo, gmail etc) the only way you would be able to destroy them from my perspective is to attack the actual server they are stored on (remember the emails are stored on hotmail/yahoo/gmail's own servers and not on the computer of the person logging into there services). This will mean, in effect, you will be attempting to destroy a very big companies server and firstly, attempting this will more than likely leave you open to be traced by them which can get you into some very serious trouble with the law. Then there is also the task of breaking into a very secure server to plant this virus to destroy the server which will no doubt be protected by sophisticated software and hardware. Hiring a professional to do this would cost you big and even then it's only if they decide it's worth their time doing. Sending the person malicious and virii loaded emails will also prove pointless as all this will do is either infect and possibly destroy the pc the person is using or the virus will be picked up by the servers built in email attachment scanners and report back a bad attachment.
Sorry, but the way I see it what you are wanting to do here is not possible, at least not unless you're a professional or you can hire a professional to do it. Also, on a side note, attacking someones system with a virus (be it an individual or a large companies server) is illegal no matter where you live. I do not know of any countries where this kind of action is allowed. I would kindly ask you not to ask for instructions on how to perform such actions on advicenators.
