Yah! I think it is normal because the same thing happens to me sometimes too. I think you should try talking to someone...like parents, doctor, counselor, and even your friends can help...now that I think about it, maybe there's something deep down that's bothering you, but it's just too deep that you don't even know what it is...

It depends on how depressed you get and how often it happens. It's normal for people to get upset if something bad or stressful happens. However, if you are getting depressed for no reason at all, and this is happening often (as in once a week or more), you should talk to your doctor. Your doctor can help you decide what to do to make these moments stop coming as often.

Most of all, if you personally don't think anything is happening to you right now to make you feel this way, it's probably depression. At least talk to someone about it now, because it will just get worse with time.

Yes. If you're female, it could be that you are about to start menstrating and your hormones are out of balance. If you're a teenager, your body is changing quite a bit right now and your body is producing more hormones than the average adult. Basicly if you're hormones are out of balance then yes, that could be why you're feeling depressed. However, if this continues and becomes persistant you should talk to your parents and decide if you need to visit your family physician.

it is normal to feel like this, it happens to alot of people.. however if this still carries on you might want to consider seeing a couseller/shrink/doctor..or someone who may have gone through the same thing and if there is something upsetting you tell someone or it may just be nothing, just your hormones playing up so try not to worry about it and as they say you know your day isn't over until you've cried!! :)

A lot of teenager/children do experience depression especially through puberty.
If you are having suicidal thoughts you may want to talk to a family member and/or doctor.
