Do 50 crunches before breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bed.

That way you would have done 200 by the end of the day.

well i've heard people do 300 crunches a day, but i usually do 30 before breakfast, 20 after (crunches)

then i have dance during lunch time, so any cardio. but lunch (in my opinion) isn't supposed to be that big, so i would just do 15 before, 10 after.

dinner, i also don't eat much (its good to have a big breakfast, smaller lunch, and smaller dinner) but if you do, i'd just do 30 before,20 after.

so thats 125,which is good =]. (it will work for situps also) but i find putting a little workout ball on you lower back while doing crunches realllyyy works the flab on the lower belly. also,i've heard sucking it in actually helps too. anyways good luck! hope i helped,

it really doesn't matter when you do them. so i guess whenever you have the most time. maybe switch it up every now and then?

i do about 150 crunches everyday plus some other ab exercises and i always do mine before bed. but thats just me and when i have the time. i do them during the commercials of my favorite tv shows :]

just do whatever feels right for you :]
oh and on how many, i would start out small. maybe 50 a day. if that is too hard to do all at once then split it up into 25 times twice a day. then after you feel you can do more try 100. but don't push yourself too hard. i wouldn't exceed doing more than 200 a day. you don't want to hurt your stomach muscles.

GOOD LUCK :]

Oh I don't think it really matters when you do them! But as far as how many it all depends on how much exercise you get into a day! But my guess is between 20-50 push ups! But to stay fit eat healthy! Be active, sports, riding a bike, playing out doors! Umm... remember google is your friend! Hope I helped!

i don't think it really matters. Try a few ( 1 or 2) at the times you listed and see what feels the best. Do something easy to start out, don't strain yourself to do more then what you feel good with. Try like four a day till you feel you can do more. Keep going with a rate you like after that.
