RATZY answered Sunday July 29 2007, 4:23 pm: eat healthy...eat fruits, veg, meat, poltry, protein, carbohydrates...8 glasses of water atleast, and glass of milk everyday, and fresh juice......dont eat too much fast food (not good for your body) and no sugary fats, you can have snacks in between your meals...and don't drink too much fizzy...good luck putting on weight, sometimes it can be hard depening on your body type, some people can just eat and eat, and they hardly gain anything, where others gain weight just like that, so i dont know what your body type may be, but you can find out, just ask your mother and aunts how quickly can they gain weight, sometimes things like these can depend on genetics.
but good luck anyway. hope it works, and hope i've helped, even if it's a little bit. takecare. [ RATZY's advice column | Ask RATZY A Question ]
