okay i am 14/f and i weigh like 110. i no that's not alot but i really want to get skinnier. i no it's really bad for you and all but i really want to be annerexic, because i no it works! but it's hard for me to discipline myself not to eat! i have been riding my bike 4 miles like everyother day. that's really easy because im very athletic and i play soccer 2 times a week also. and i have been trying to cut down on food and also eat more fruit. it's so hard because when i'm bored i want to eat even though im not hungry. i also do 500 situps every day. i am skinny i just want to be skinnier. i am trying to be annorexic but maybe eat like a banana a day or something but it is so hard not to eat! please help me and give me ways to stop me from eating when im broed and stuff like that! im desperate! thanks in advance!
Look up a BMI calculator and decide first if the amount of weight you want to lose is healthy.
I'm 129 lbs now- i havent excercised much. ive just cut out soda, and eating smaller portions of healthier foods.

I want you to be healthy, and being anorexic is definitely not healthy. You're already thin, I weigh a little more than you do and I'm fifteen, so you're in good shape and at a healthy weight. And it doesnt matter how much you wiegh, just as long as your happy with your looks.

You said yourself you are very athletic, so exercise isn't a problem. I'm a bit worried about a 14 year old doing 500 sit ups daily, but that isn't my strongest point to give advice on. I just hope you aren't over exerting yourself.
You can stop eating through boredom without becoming anorexic.
**Drinking lots of water is one of them. Most of the time, when people think they're hungry, they're infact just thirsty. So sipping water throughout the day could help.
**Do something to take your mind off it - writing/listening to music/calling a friend/seeing friends/tidy your room.....
**Instead of skipping your meals to eat fruit, eat the fruit in place of any snacks.
**Chew gum/suck on mints etc.
Most people suffer from boredom eating.
Did you know it takes around 2 weeks to kick a habit?
The first 2 weeks will be quite a challenge, but after that, you will feel yourself becoming stronger and not wanting to eat when becoming bored.
To remain healthy and not put yourself at risk, eat the correct meals a day. Eating "little and often" is the key. Around 5 small portions is what you should be aiming at. Skipping meals to a BANANA a day is NOT the answer.
If all else fails and you're actually determined to get an eating disorder, please see a doctor.
LOL_x0x answered Sunday July 29 2007, 2:03 pm: You're probably not going to like my answer, but I don't care. Do NOT become aneorexic. It is dangerous and life threatening. If you want to lose weight, though at 110 I doubt you need to, please do it a healthy way.
Cut down on junk foods, not all foods. Continue eating fruit, and inncorporate other healthy food into your diet. Excercise, but not too much.
Riding your bike 4 miles is going to help, but be careful. You might overwork yourself and cause damage to your body. Why not cut down a bit, since you play soccer anyways?
If eating is really an issue for you, please get help. Don't hurt yourself any more. Go to a parent, older sibling, or somebody you trust and tell them you're having trouble with eating.
