When a guy is drunk and you hook up and he act's like he's all touchy when he's drunk and stuff, but not when he's sober, is that just because he's drunk and he's doing weird things or does he like really want you, even when he's sober but doesn't act like it like when it's drunk. Sorry if that doesnt make any sense!

This could mean that he only wants to hook up with you when he's drunk, because he doesn't want anything serious. Basically, only wanting friends-with-benefits. Or he could be hooking up with you when he's drunk, because he really does like you and is afraid to tell you or show it when he's sober, because he's afraid you only want him for friends-with-benefits.

If he flirts with you when he's sober and is really touchy when he's drunk, he probably likes you. If he wants to hang out with you when he's sober after you have hooked up with him, then he probably likes you. But he could just want to hook up because he is drunk. Guys don't think very much anyways, and when they have been drinking, it is exceptionally bad. If he doesn't even want to hang out with you when you are both sober, that probably isn't a great sign.

Since minors have horomones running around alcohol generally makes them more sexual.
However, if you are of age, alcohol diminshes sex drive. So the guy is pretty much a douche trying to use the fact that he's drunk to take advantage of you. At least, this is what sexpert Sue Johanson says. [ Erinn_the_bamf's advice column | Ask Erinn_the_bamf A Question ]
