Definitely talk with someone at planned parenthood. They will give you all the information that you need and help you with whatever you decide to do. Call the one closest to you and set up an appointment.
Here's their website:

My bff used this pill and i had to practicly do everything for her for about 2weeks. she was in constant pain and bleeding like 20/7. it was horrible. she talked to the doctor after "it" was over and he said that it was common for that to happen.
I recomend using ACTUAL abortion. not the "pill" thing. ]
there is no such thing as an "abortion pill" there is something called PLAN B or the "morning after pill" it's a pill that you take after 72 hrs of unprotected sex. if you have a local teen clinic then yeah it can be kept a secret. but if not it's a little harder to be kept a secret.
hope i helped.

Your parents don't need to know.
If you're talking about the morning after pill, (which some people call the "abortion pill" for some reason), you need to take it within 72 hours of having sex.
Visit your doc or go to a clinic. Depending on where you live, you may have to pay for it.
I took this from a website:
"What is the abortion pill and where can I get it?
The abortion pill is a form of abortion available to women who are under 9 weeks pregnant. The woman will be given a pill to swallow and 36 to 48 hours later a tablet will be placed in her vagina. These two drugs will end most early pregnancies within the following four hours. A minimum of 2 visits to a hospital or clinic are involved."
[I know of people who've had this form of abortion pill can bleed for about a month afterwards.] ]
You can only get this pills 72 hours after the incident occurs. You can get it from the health department. If you are over 16, its patient-doctor confidentiality. ]
It's called The morning after pill or Plan B.
You can go to Planned Parenthood and No, your parents do not have to know, and no you do not need one with you. And I will warn you, it can be expensive.
What it does is it slows down the fertilization process so that you can get your period.
I will also warn you, they do not always work.
Best of luck. ]
