To the best of my knowledge, the laws vary from state to state. I think some states require parental notification if you're below a certain age, and others don't.
And I don't think they charge. If they do, I'm sure it's on a sliding scale based on what you can afford.
The best thing to do would be to contact pp centers in your area and just ask. Only they will be able to tell you exactly.

you don't have to be 21 to do it by yourself, heck you can be 13 and have an abortion without your parents knowing. that chick knows nothing. and no they wont tell your parents, its your baby and the only way they would find out is if you tell them. and about the cost but sorry i dont know.

I don't know much about this. But I think you must be 21 years or older to make the decision to do this by yourself. If you're less than that, you have to have your parents agree with you. And I guess the cost varies ...depending on the age of the...you know.. =(
