Well, I'm 14/f and I have these purple...bags, i guess you could call them, under my eyes. They're not like PURPLE PURPLE. they're like...not even purple. They're really annoying, and whenever i take a picture, that area under my eyes comes out dark & unattractive. Does anyone know what these are, and how i can fix them? thanks in advcancee =)
MAK answered Tuesday July 24 2007, 4:41 pm: I get them when I rub, or sometimes even touch, the area under my eyes. Avoid rubbing that area, it will cause it to bruise because the skin there is so sensitive. So when you are drying your face, pat that area dry (that also goes to the rest of your body).
In pictures, make sure that the place the picture is being taken is bright, and never use flash! If you are indoors, it should be a little bit dark. [ MAK's advice column | Ask MAK A Question ]
You_Got_Advice answered Tuesday July 24 2007, 4:02 pm: Sometimes not getting enough sleep makes them. get 8 to 9 hours per night. sometimes stess can do it too. when i get them make up helps XD it dims down the color.
LM answered Tuesday July 24 2007, 4:00 pm: Dark circles. They're usually caused by lack of sleep or weird sleeping schedules, things like that. Some people get them more than others, something with genetics. Also, some medications cause them because it interferes with bloodflow. They're probably not as bad as you think they are. Invest in a good concealer [if you're bad with matching shades buy it at CVS so you can get a refund] and get plently of rest. Also check out this article:
