All soda's are not very good for you .
But if you have to drink one, drink diet.
They are high in salt though.
I drink Sprite Zero. Theres no calories ,0 grams of fat,and no carbs. But there is 35 milograms of sodium.

Drink water. It makes you have to use the bathroom often and gets salt out of your system.

To get some flavor ,put a lemon in your water.
or just buy flavored water

Hope I helped(:

Actually diet soda has salt in it, which can make you retain weight instead of losing it.

Soda is bad for you period. Diet is better than regular, but its still bad.

i would just stick to water or crystal lite.

All sodais bad for you really.
I read a report today about an inconclusive study, that states diet soda can contribute to heart associated problems just like regular soda can. So I guess that answered your question.
