ok so i have a friend who lives in california
and i live in illinois
we both have verizon and unlimited texting
if i text her will my parents know when they get the bill that im texting someone out of state
or like will it cost more cause its someone from a different state or is it the same?
DancinCutie08 answered Sunday July 22 2007, 9:54 pm: it shouldn't cost more but they can tell.. I know on my bill it shows every text and call and what time and at what number (they can tell out of state by the area code) if it doesn't come with the bill they can certainly ask for a print out... but I am guessing thats not likely [ DancinCutie08's advice column | Ask DancinCutie08 A Question ]

They won't know- nor will they care/notice the number or your texts unless they don't have Verizon. If they are out-of-network- they cost money if your plan doesn't include X amount of out-of-network texts.
As long as you don't go over- you're fine.. and there isn't a way to find out where they live unless they examined the number and area code. It doesn't show up on the bill.
