is there a way to make the most out of a perfume sample in an advertisement? like i can even use it and rub it on my skin but how to extract it?

perfume samples aren't made to last long, that's why they are called 'samples'
you are really only able to use it like once, sometimes twice if you're lucky.

there really isn't much you can do with it, but rub it on your skin like you said.
