my friend's exboyfriend was really cute
and I liked him before she dated him
and it'll be a year in about a month and a half
that I have liked him and he's dating a girl I dont really like
before Feb. we talked almost everyday and he just stopped talking to me, now I see him every single day at band pratice and I don't know what to do, talk to him, ignore him, or just move on?

You should totally go for it! Talk to him! It wont hurt to try, who knows, you might get him back! Try as hard as you can to keep in touch with him everyday!

Wait. Back up. Ask your friend if she's okay with you being friends with him or more. If she says no, do you want to risk your friendship for a guy?
Anyways, talk to him and try to get a friendship going on. I tell you from experience that ignoring a guy that you've liked for so long is the worst idea ecver. You'll regret it. I know that I do. =/
