so i've been getting into this mood where i get depressed, and i start thinking so low about myself, this last for only a few minutes, then i'll tell myself, "i'm going to go on a diet" and i will right down everything i eat, exercise, etc. and ill loose like 5 pounds, and then i'll stop and gain it back. and this has been going on/off since like may. my question is, i need help getting to stay commited to something, and to stop being so lazy...i've tried anything i could think of, so, help?

You could be each other's inspiration to just keep on going to reach your goals. But make sure they are healthy goals, like it's nearly impossible to lose 10 pounds healthily in a week. Help each other keep track of each other's progress. Once you both reach your goals, throw a party for yourselves so that you can celebrate your great achievement.
But always remember to be happy, no matter what the situation. Every morning when you wake-up, keep telling yourself that you're confident, you are unique in your own special way, and that no one on Earth is like you in mind, body, or spirit. You are you and be happy with that. :)
