Ice Cream
My family wants to go for ice cream tonight but I'm on a diet. We're probably going to a stand in town. I know one stand that has fat free ice cream that I usually get but I'm not sure if were going there. Do most ice cream places have a fat free or no sugar ice cream option?? If not, would a small vanilla soft serve ice cream in a cup with sprinkles be okay to eat?? Any other ideas?? Thanks!!

Fat free and sugar free anything is worse for you than the regular stuff no matter what it says on the label so if you plan on having ice cream- you might as well just get the regular stuff and not bother wasting your money on something worse for you and more expensive.

Hi. I'm pretty sure that most palces have a fat free ice cream option. If they don't though, then treat yourself. Get the small vanilla with sprinkles. It's only this one time, right? Like I said, treat yourself this once to some good old ice cream =]
