Is there a way to get items like paint brushes free? like, i know, you can win prizes from wheels and scratch cards and mystery bags. But i see all these people with 40 paint brushes...and they are dirt poor. so how are they aquiring them?

Lots of people blow their points on paintbrushes and stuff. Sometimes Jacko the paintbrush dude may come by and give you a paintbrush for free. (random event/something has happened). It's rare, but it does happen. Hmm, you can win a Tyrannian paintbrush from the Wheel of Monotony. Try checking the Trades and Auctions as well.

trading stuff, or maybe they bought them and now they're poor. maybe they scam? or maybe they're in a VERY generous guild lol. i've got neopets too, if you want you can send me a messege or somethin, my name on it is godslildevil777 and i'm rarely on cuz i get bored easy, but i need a new guild. some of them seriously give out stuff like that, and bottled faeries. i don't think any of them give out map pieces, but that'd be sweet!!!

Auctions are a good way how people get paint brushes-- much cheaper usually than buying them from the stores. There are ALOT of people who sell stuff REAAALLY cheap, but you have to be neofriends with them.
