i had a cat ,Oreo. She hated me. but one time when she was nursing her day old kittens, even though she growled i walked up to her. i started peting her knowing since she didnt trust me she wouldent run away and leave her kittens with me. i helped a runt onto a tit and was just really nice. now im her favorite! anyway BOND!give her a snack and while shes eating it stroke her softly and whisper to her. let her know you wont hurt her. repeat every day

orcorse you can have a kitten what bites! its them being playfull! before it bites you i think you should take it to the vets because if it has deseases it could pass them on to you with a single bite/scratch resulting in breaking the skin. your kitten needas all of its jabs any way. and take it to the vets to see if it has been chipped.

Well, if he's sketchy and had to get used to you before he would let you pet him, you need to be sure to not make sudden moves to startle him.

Also, yes, kittens bite and scratch at play because they don't know better. They don't realize their teeth and claws are still sharp as razors.

Have you tried to hand feed him? If you haven't, you may try that so he knows you mean him no harm if he is biting because he is sketchy.

Since its just a kitten, it probably is just playing. Whenever it bites you just sternly say no. It will get the point eventually.
