Rebooting, or turning your modem on and off might help.

If you're using Vista though there are several problems regarding winsock and other assorted garbage that only a techie would be bothered with.

If you're using a torrent program, make sure that you're only opening a few sockets as Vista can only support 10.

Do you have a little icon next to where it displays time that shows to computers with the screen blinking? I don't know if all wireless internet has this, but mine does.
If your does, right click and click on "repair".
That should do it. But make sure to let it go until it says "problem fixed" or something along those lines.
Good Luck!

Restart your computer when your pages won't display.

That should solve your problem.

By the way, why are you using IE if you have firefox?

Try exiting out of the explorer and trying to get back onto that. I don't have wireless but I have DSL, & it sometimes does that to me on FIREFOX. It just tells me to reboot the system which usually takes about a couple of minutes, & it goes back to normal. It could just be a minor issue.

Define "sometimes". Maybe the images on the website aren't showing up because the images link is broken or got deleted and that's why there's a box with a red X in them. Also, some pages just don't work for the same reason-they're in the process of being edited, have too much traffic at the moment, got deleted, or something. Happens to me too. Do you mean Mozilla Firefox shows the images on the same site and Internet Explorer doesn't? Refresh your page or visit later. Otherwise, call your Internet provider and ask them what's up.
