Kimmy27 answered Monday July 30 2007, 6:55 pm: well what i do when i go to bed really late andwake uplate, and i wanna start getting back on a normal time.. i have my friends or family pretty much drag meout of bed in the morning for about a week every morning around 7 or so.. because then the whole day i willbe so tired, and by thetime night comes, i will be more than ready to go to bed early! and doing this for about a week it will start to become a regular thing and you will start to do it automatically yourself....
-there are also alarm clocks
-even if your not tired at night just go to bed and lay there until you fall asleep
-maybe take a sleeping pill so you are tired at night and then wake up normally in the morning [ Kimmy27's advice column | Ask Kimmy27 A Question ]

Try to avoid caffeine after dinner & aafter dinner, get yourself all ready for bed. Then if you still have a little time remaining, read, write, draw, whatever relaxes you. And Whenever you have to go to sleep, try and sleep. If that doesn't work, try taking some Tylenol PM.

Cut down on eating before bed and try drinking a bottle of water instead.
Avoid caffeine and large amounts of sugar after 6 PM.
Don't exercise after 7 PM and do something relaxing- read, listen to your ipod, take a bath.
