Everyone else has already told you the 16 if emancipated, 18 if not.
They forgot one other option..
When is your birthday? If you graduate high school before turning 18 and college starts before turning 18 I think you have a little loophole there. I could be wrong, but if you're done with high school and already enrolled in college, etc. then why would the law make you stay with them. I'm not 100% sure on that. I suppose if your parents wanted to fight you and you didn't have a good enough lawyer and nice judge they could win, but I doubt they would unless there's some specific law against it that I don't know.
Anyway, go to your local library and see if they have any books on it. A lot of libraries do.

you could move out when you`re 16 but then you would have to get emancipated to do that.
but otherwise, you have to be 18.
