It is impossible to lose weight in a specific area of the body. When you lose weight, the area of your body that it is lost in is random. Usually when you lose weight, the loss of weight is evened out throughout the body, based on how many calories and such you have burned.
I would try exercising normally and eating healthy, and you should be able to lose weight throughout your entire body, including in your face.
LM answered Monday July 16 2007, 8:18 pm: If you lose weight, you lose weight all over. Your face balances out, just like the rest of your body. You can't lose weight JUST in your face.
Remember that some people have rounder faces than others, too. If you mean like, a double chin, yea you can change that by exercising [running and walking burn calories]. If you mean changing a round face shape, no the only way to change that, really, is plastic surgery. [ LM's advice column | Ask LM A Question ]
