hi on some days i like to do weight lifting but the next day i feel lazy and cant be bothered and just stop doing them what are some things i can do to keep doing my work out...thanks...

Well yeah keep telling yourself that if you want to stay muscular you'll have to lift. Also, find a specified time for every day that you can lift.

Well, I used to have that problem. Try moving your work out to sometime in the morning, rather than at night, like alot of people do. Always make sure you're staying hydrated, too. Try changing up your workout, or listening to music that makes you feel energetic, and makes you want to work out faster. Some people find it easier to work out with other people too, so that they can help keep each other on track.
Depending on what your equipment is, [like handweights or an actual machine you'd have to move] try working out in different places, too.
