How do you decorate your column. Such as background, color, and text with color. Please help ASAP!!

Go to "Column Settings" and theres styles you can pick from and then below that you can pic the colors and use backgrounds if you want, also you can use your own backgrounds by loading the picture you want to imageshack or photobucket (a hosting site) & putting the link where it says "page background image " & "side background image" - which is your side info background :) have fun!

Under where it says "Welcome Username!"
Click column settings.
Just mess around with colors and stuff there until you find a style you like =]
you can even use backgrounds by getting the urls.
